Frequently asked questions
Is PisoTool really free to use?
Yes. You can open every tool, upload files, edit and preview for free. There is nothing to sign up for. You only pay ₱1 when you want to download, and that ₱1 covers every download on every tool for the next hour.
Do you upload or keep my photos and documents?
No. Your photos, PDFs and resume details are processed inside your own browser and are not uploaded to our servers. We only keep a record that a download happened (tool, time) and of your payments.
How do I pay? Do I need an account?
No account, no sign-up. Click Download and a QR Ph code appears. Scan it with GCash, Maya or your bank app; the amount is already filled in. Your 1-hour pass starts as soon as the payment is detected, usually within seconds, and the file downloads. The pass is remembered in this browser.
What if I make a mistake?
Fix it and download again. During your hour every download on every tool is free, so a typo or a second try never costs extra.
What if I download the same file again?
Exporting the exact same design again within 7 days is free. Your recent downloads are also kept on your device for 7 days.
What if something goes wrong with my download?
If a file fails to generate, your pass keeps running: just try again. For anything else, contact us at support@pisotool.com.
Does the ID photo maker remove my background?
No — we do not automatically remove backgrounds. For best results, take your photo in front of a plain white or light wall. You can crop, straighten, and adjust brightness and colors.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes. PisoTool is made for phones first and works in Chrome, Safari, and the Facebook app browser. Very large files work best on a computer.
