Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PisoTool, operated by PisoTool. By using PisoTool you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

PisoTool provides online tools (ID photo maker, PDF tools, resume builder, image compressor, QR code generator, invitation and card maker). You can use and preview the tools for free. Downloading files requires an active pass: one payment of the price shown on the Download button (normally ₱1) gives you unlimited downloads on every tool for the pass period shown on the site (currently 60 minutes).

Files are processed in your web browser. Results depend on your device, browser and input files. The ID photo maker does not automatically remove backgrounds and does not guarantee acceptance by any agency — always check the current photo requirements of the agency or embassy concerned.

2. No accounts

You do not register. When you pay or download, PisoTool creates an anonymous visitor record tied to your browser through a cookie, and your pass belongs to that browser. If you clear cookies, use private browsing or switch to another device or browser, the pass is not available there and we cannot transfer it; keep using the same browser while your pass runs. Anyone using your browser during that time can use the pass.

3. Pricing and payment

  • One payment buys a time pass. The price and the pass length (normally ₱1 for 60 minutes) are shown on the Download button and on the pricing page before you pay. While the pass is active every download on every paid tool is free; the pass is personal to your account. There are no packages, stored balances or subscriptions.
  • Paying again while a pass is active adds another pass period to the end of the current one.
  • Payments are made by QR Ph transfer from your e-wallet or bank app into our receiving account. Send exactly the amount shown on the payment screen; a different amount cannot be matched to your pass automatically.
  • Exporting the identical design again within the re-download period shown on the site (currently 7 days) is free even without a pass. Repeated clicks, refreshes and retries of the same export are never charged.
  • A pass starts only after our systems confirm that the payment was received.

4. Failed exports and refunds

  • If a file fails to generate, your pass keeps running and you can simply try again. If a fault on our side prevented you from using a pass you paid for, contact support and we will review it.
  • Requests to refund a payment may be sent to support@pisotool.com within 7 days. Payments whose pass was not used for any download are refunded to the sending account (bank or e-wallet transfer). Passes that were used are not refundable except where the files were defective.
  • If a payment is reversed or refunded, the pass it bought ends immediately.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or other applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use PisoTool to create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents or IDs, to infringe others' intellectual property or privacy, to process content you have no right to use, or to attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service or bypass payment. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your files and text. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive your files. You are responsible for the content you create and for having the rights to the photos and materials you use. Templates and designs provided by PisoTool may be used for your personal and business documents.

7. Referral links

Sharing your referral link is voluntary. If referral rewards are offered, they are subject to the conditions shown at the time, including eligibility checks and limits; rewards obtained through self-referrals, fake accounts or other abuse may be cancelled.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep PisoTool available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features and prices; price changes do not affect a pass you have already paid for.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
