Questions
Does this remove the background of my photo?
No. The background color only fills empty space that appears when you zoom out or rotate your photo. It does not remove or replace the wall behind you. For a clean result, take your photo in front of a plain white or light wall.
What sizes can I make?
1×1 inch, 2×2 inch, Passport 35×45 mm (a common PH passport/visa size), US passport/visa 2×2 inch (51×51 mm), or any custom size from 10 to 150 mm. Requirements change, so always check the latest rules of the agency or office.
How do I print a full sheet?
Choose "4R sheet" or "A4 sheet" under Print layout. We fit as many copies as possible with thin cut lines. Print at 100% or "actual size" (not "fit to page") so every photo comes out the exact size.
Is the download good enough for printing?
Yes. Downloads are 300 DPI JPG or PNG files with no watermark, and the 300 DPI setting is saved inside the file. The on-screen preview is smaller and watermarked, but the download is sharp.
How much does it cost?
Previewing is free. Each download costs ₱1. If you download the exact same photo again within the retention period, it is free.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your phone or computer. Your photo never leaves your device.
My iPhone photo won't open.
Some browsers cannot open HEIC photos. Share or save the photo as JPG first, or on iPhone go to Settings › Camera › Formats and choose "Most Compatible".
